The “5 Entrance Gates” Tourist Train is inspired by the beauty of the ancient Thang Long citadel, with the train cars named by the 5 Entrance Gates, reminiscent of the thousand-year history of the capital land: O Cau Den, O Quan Chuong, O Cau Giay, O Cho Dua, and O Dong Mac. The train consists of 5 two-story seating cars and 2 special cars for tourists to check-in. The seating cars have luxurious interiors designed with specific themes and with capacity of 40 to 60 seats per car. The windows of the train cars are maximally opened so that passengers can comfortably sit and enjoy the scenery along the way. Throughout the journey, tourists will be treated to various forms of traditional cultural arts such as: Quan Ho folk singing, Ca Tru, Hat Cheo, and Hat Xam.
The “5 Entrance Gates” tourist train is expected to be put into operation in September 2025.
