Phu Quoc has beaches with emerald green water
In the Asia regional ranking, Phu Quoc (An Giang province) is ranked number 1, surpassing many famous island destinations like Boracay and Palawan in the Philippines, Langkawi in Malaysia, Koh Samui and Phuket in Thailand, and Bali in Indonesia.

Phu Quoc, the paradise island, has long stretches of beaches with white sand, clear blue waters, and a rich marine ecosystem, making it especially attractive to nature lovers and those looking to relax. Besides swimming, exploring the island can include lots of fun activities like snorkeling to see coral reefs, visiting the national park, riding the cable car over the sea, touring the small southern islands, or learning about pearl farming.

The reader poll results from Condé Nast Traveler for Phu Quoc not only show the island’s appeal but also help spread the image of the ‘pearl island’ more widely in the global travel market. With its spectacular island scenery, rich nature, and a growing variety of resort services, Phu Quoc is proving its own unique charm in the landscape of island tourism in Asia and around the world.
